Jay has offered instruction in the past consisting of two areas
1. Creating Composition from Photos - which consisted of creating multiple compositions from various photos, then creating a color study as a reference for a larger painting.
2. Measuring with Accuracy - Instruction on how to enlarge a photo image to a larger substrate for painting. This is done with a skewer, marked in increments. The process results in very good accuracy with speed and increases your drawing skills.
